How do I setup Lexus+Alexa in my vehicle?

1. Download and install the Lexus Enform App Suite 2.0 app from the App Store for iPhone^® or the Google Play store for Android^™. Open Enform App Suite 2.0 on your phone at least once to set your region (e.g. United States) and accept the terms and conditions.

2. Download and install the Lexus+Alexa app from the App Store for iPhone or Google Play store for Android.

3. Open Lexus+Alexa on your phone, and follow the instructions to sign in using your Amazon account or create a new account, and agree to the terms and conditions.

4. Grant Lexus+Alexa permissions to use your phone microphone and location.

If you accidentally do not allow the permissions during initial setup, this can always be turned on/off on your phone by going to:

(Android) Settings → Apps → Lexus+Alexa → Permissions → Toggle Locations and Microphone "ON"

(iOS) Settings → Lexus+Alexa → Toggle Location (While Using) and Microphone (ON)

5. Ensure that your phone is Bluetooth^® paired to your multimedia system.

6. Turn on your vehicle's ignition and ensure that Lexus Enform App Suite 2.0 is running on your smartphone and connected via Bluetooth. If you have an iPhone running iOS 12.4.1 or newer, ensure the Lexus+Alexa app is open and visible on your phone.

7. Now you're ready to use Lexus+Alexa. To get started, you'll need to:

a. Navigate to the Lexus+Alexa app in the "App" section of your multimedia screen.

b. Press the "Push to talk" button on your steering wheel and say "Launch Amazon," "Launch Alexa" or "Launch Lexus+Alexa."

Now you can just say "Alexa" followed by your desired request.

Be sure to obey traffic regulations and maintain awareness of road and traffic conditions at all times.
